Logistics Engineer

At Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Logistics Engineer to join our team.

Mission: As a Junior Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of client projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to design, plan, and execute logistics and value chain projects for clients.
• Develop innovative solutions for new customers using cutting-edge technologies and automation.
• Ensure compliance with productivity and quality KPIs set by the company.
• Support and manage internal improvement initiatives and prepare for external audits.
• Contribute to the definition of processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with our international team to design worldwide solutions.
• Provide project reports and coordination between teams involved in the project.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Support and manage internal improvement initiatives and prepare for external audits.
• Validate processes and meet established ratios and objectives.
• Communicate significant changes or circumstances related to environmental aspects of the company.
• Comply with application procedures and minimize environmental impact associated with activities.

Your Profile:

• University education in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced level of office automation, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valuable experience in Power BI, Qlickview, and AutoCAD.
• Minimum English proficiency level C1.
