Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Faculty Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Program at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Medicine. This exciting opportunity will provide a unique chance to contribute to the growth and development of our program, working closely with a team of experienced professionals in a leading academic medical center.

Estimated Annual Salary: $250,000 - $400,000

The selected candidate will be appointed at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank in the Adjunct, Health Sciences Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series. The position entails clinical responsibilities in pediatric neuro-oncology, hematology/oncology, or pediatric neurology, as well as participation in research and education initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with patients with CNS tumors, contributing to the advancement of care and treatment options for this patient population.

• Medical degree and license
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
• Board certification/eligibility in Hematology/Oncology and/or Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, a keen interest in pursuing a career in clinical or basic research and teaching, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A robust research portfolio and experience in managing complex cases will be highly valued.
