Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

• A strong understanding of Amazon's business operations and goals.
• Experience managing commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agencies or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models.
