Job Title: Sole Stewardess
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sole Stewardess to join our team at The Crew Network. As a Sole Stewardess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Provide a high standard of service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Cabin Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin, ensuring it is always tidy and well-stocked.
- Provisioning: Assist with provisioning, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the crew and clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 full seasons of experience as a Sole Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel.
- Language: Fluent in English; Spanish, Italian, or French knowledge is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Education: No specific education requirements, but a degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
- Certifications: STCW95, Medical Fitness Certificate, Seaman's book is helpful.
Benefits:
- Salary: €4000 DOE
- Package: 3.17 days per month (38 days per year) + Crew medical insurance
