Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a People And Culture Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the passion for service with our employees and driving an experience-led culture into everything we do and say.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams to support their recruitment and training needs.
- Support the creation of employer brand materials and content for internal communication channels.
- Assist with the design of digital content for internal and external channels.
- Research and report on departmental needs and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Update HRIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and assist with HR administration and HR systems.
- Collaborate with other team members on various training programs and follow up on progress.
- Support payroll administration across different markets and resolve general HR queries.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a BA in Human Resources or Psychology.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and preferably another language from one of our operating countries.
- Basic video editing skills and creative Microsoft Office skills.
- Passionate about making a real difference to student lives and passionate about people's development and growth.
