About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at Amadeus, a leading provider of travel technology solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our marketplace platform, which enables ecosystem growth by linking suppliers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the capability vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketplace platform.
  • Lead communication with Amadeus business lines to share the evolution of the platform, identify opportunities, and collect feedback from consumers.
  • Propose strategic directions to management and convey them to ensure clear alignment on value, budget, and prioritization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for the marketplace platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Epic Owners, Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams, to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements and feed the execution backlog and roadmap.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for the marketplace platform.
  • Lead the capability development lifecycle from concept to launch and until the capability end of life.
  • Monitor capability performance and measure success using metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize capability usage.
  • Ensure the capability's market readiness, including legal compliance, SLAs, and cost model.
  • Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with team leaders, product owners, and architects, maintain a well-groomed backlog, and ensure appropriate levels of formalization.

About You

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience, with a significant experience of marketplace management.
  • Ability to adapt to a new and evolving context and strategy.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Driver, results-oriented, energetic.
  • Platform mindset: ability to move from standard product management and apply the necessary abstraction to manage platform capabilities, which serve consumers to build or enrich products.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to quickly establish strong relationships and credibility.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in agile/SAFe is a plus.
