Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team at Ipc Systems. As a key member of our in-house counsel team, you will play a critical role in supporting our EMEA and US business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements for a technology company, including customer agreements and vendor agreements.
- Support sales, procurement, product management, operations, and finance teams regarding commercial agreements.
- Provide guidance on commercial legal issues and risk mitigation in support of the business teams.
- Manage a wide range of other in-house responsibilities with support from expert external counsel.
- Support company secretarial function.
- Negotiate, draft, and advise on a wide range of other agreements, including distributor agreements, intercompany agreements, and leases.
Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualified experience as a European or US qualified lawyer.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with commercial technology contracts.
- Experience with financial technology would be beneficial.
- Bright, high-energy, and committed to always acting with the highest ethical standards.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Committed to contributing to a culture of high performance.
- Ability to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
