We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Quality Systems Lead to join our team at Schneider Electric. This role will be responsible for leading the Customer Satisfaction and Quality activities for the PREFAB BCF Factory in the European region, ensuring the overall consistency of the quality management system within the BCF organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the evaluation and validation of 3rd party integrator suppliers to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Monitor and control the performance of suppliers, performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the suppliers through the project lifecycle, collaborating with the Project Management team to ensure successful project execution.
- Support suppliers in driving quality programs and methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead problem resolution with suppliers, ensuring efficient execution and good KPIs.
- Define the Annual Audit Plan with Solutions Supply Chain, monitoring corrective actions and ensuring quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define proper expectations and standards per project technical requirements and customer specifications.
- Ensure the good transfer of quality files to suppliers, including lessons learned and best practices.
- Notify external in-house suppliers about non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Drive monthly supplier reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Industrialization and Operations team to define the IG/OG strategy.
- Consolidate Non-Quality Costs and drive improvement actions.
- Build, maintain, and improve the quality management system within the entities.
- Support the development of processes and procedures, ensuring maintenance in the Integrated Management System.
- Plan, lead, and/or conduct internal and external audits.
- Lead the management review and follow up on improvement plan execution.
- Animate and challenge process owners.
- Obtain and maintain external certifications (ISO).
- Monitor corrective actions resulting from yearly audits to be implemented in the organization.
