- React Native App Ownership: Take ownership of our React Native mobile app, ensuring it is well-maintained, efficient, and meets the latest industry standards.
- Junior Developer Management: Coach and manage a junior developer, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their role.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, deliver new app functionality, and improve customer experiences.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development practices, tools, and frameworks, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Software Development Experience: Proven working experience in software development, with a focus on Frontend or Mobile development.
