Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the company's general accounting, including both Spanish GAAP and IFRS, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports to the Alpiq Group, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement internal administrative and accounting procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer and Supplier Management: Manage customer and supplier accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Tax Management: Oversee the tax area, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws.
- Treasury Management: Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensure compliance with treasury policies, and monitor and control treasury forecasting.
- Accounting and Auditing: Perform monthly and annual closing of accounts, prepare and formalize official books, and manage auditing processes.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Education: Degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international company, preferably in a group of companies and within the energy sector.
- Skills: Strong accounting knowledge of both IFRS and Spanish GAAP, experience with SAP and Excel, and knowledge of taxation.
- Language: High level in English (C1).
- Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Permanent Full-Time Contract: A stable and secure employment contract.
