Manufacturing Engineer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Airbus Operations, Toledo. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing efficient production processes that meet the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve production-related problems and incidents in clean area processes, utilizing data analysis and root cause identification to define and implement action plans.
- Track performance and standardize line balancing of processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing improvement ideas.
- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related field.
- Training in composite materials.
- Experience: Junior profile with experience in similar roles.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
- Language: Advanced level in English.
