About the Role

Ferrovial is seeking a highly skilled External Communications and Institutional Relations Specialist to join its Communications and CSR Department in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing the company and developing strategic communications and institutional relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing the Company: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including national and international organizations, media outlets, and other external parties.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's global goals and objectives.
  • Institutional Relations: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and other external partners.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute institutional events, conferences, and other activities that promote the company's brand and reputation.
  • Network Development: Establish and maintain relationships with internal influencers and key opinion leaders to promote strategic positioning and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Prepare speeches, presentations, press releases, and other content that effectively communicates the company's message and values.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistent application of the Ferrovial brand, including its graphic identity and messaging.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Institutional Relations, Political or Governmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual or very high level of English.
