About the Role
Coty is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate process losses, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement process standards, ensuring seamless interaction between equipment and materials, and providing comprehensive training to operators and technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and supplier quality engineers to ensure effective implementation of new products and processes.
- Own change management and validation processes for designated processes, updating process control strategies and operating procedures as needed.
- Drive cost savings through improved productivity, material utilization, and labor optimization.
- Design and implement innovative process equipment solutions to deliver superior consumer-driven product designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on root cause problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, methodologies, and mathematical/engineering methods to solve problems in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Office package skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
