About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of our diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality support
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve instrumentation performance issues and train customers on the operational performance and data quality of systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver successful installations and meet customer requirements
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical field (e.g., biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English verbal and written communication
  • Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, with periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel
