Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management to lead our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Project Plans
    • Develop project goals and objectives
    • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets
    • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Lead Project Teams
    • Oversee project teams and ensure they are working towards project goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Manage Project Resources
    • Develop and manage project budgets
    • Ensure effective use of project resources
    • Identify and mitigate resource constraints
  • Monitor and Control Project Progress
    • Track project progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address project issues
    • Ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role in a non-profit or corporate environment
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemical, finance, operations, or engineering)
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work with committees and board of directors
    • Strategic decision-making skills
    • Commercial awareness and innovative approach to business development
