Job Title: Intercompany Accountant

About the Role:
Axalta Coat. Sys. Spain is seeking a skilled Intercompany Accountant to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As an Intercompany Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our intercompany financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and correct intercompany electronic invoices.
  • Reconcile intercompany imbalances and perform month-end closing.
  • Support the consolidation process and intercompany netting payment process.
  • Cash apply intercompany bank wires and post intercompany manual invoices.
  • Perform account reconciliation following SOX control and post intercompany accruals.
  • Support intercompany service billing and act as primary contact for intercompany audits.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • More than 1 year of Finance/Accounting experience in a similar work environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
