We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shader Technical Artist to join our team at 2K. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality shaders and technical art that bring our games to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement visually stunning shaders using Unreal Engine's node-based shader graph and HLSL/GLSL/CG shader code.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish and uphold artistic and technical shader standards.
  • Drive the development of innovative approaches to address complex technical and creative challenges.
  • Provide technical support in identifying and resolving inefficient content pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality shaders and technical art.
  • Strong understanding of the technical foundations behind visually stunning textures and shaders.
  • Proficiency in creating stylized and PBR shaders using node-based shader editors.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines.
