About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spanish Site Manager to join our team at Gentoo Media Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing our search engine marketing efforts and ensuring top-quality content across our websites and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct page optimization for search engine marketing
  • Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and create briefings, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords
  • Closely collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed
  • Change website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Write project briefs, abstracts, and scripts
  • Create content schedules
  • Review and approve content before publication
  • Perform site audits, fix errors, and/or report issues
Requirements
  • An experienced professional with a proven track record in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • A native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • SEO expertise and a solid understanding of optimization techniques that enhance visibility and drive traffic
  • A performance marketing specialist who can analyze and optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies
  • A proficient user of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
  • A strong leader capable of guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results
  • An effective problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly
  • A strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach, able to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
  • A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks
  • A conflict resolver who can mediate disagreements and ensure smooth collaboration among teams
  • A strong interpersonal communicator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments
