About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Controller to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Junior Operations Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the monthly business closing, targets, and rolling forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly business closing process, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of reports to improve business understanding.
  • Contribute to the FICO Transformation Systems Project, a global initiative to launch a new FICO system.
  • Fill out group tools and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Engineering background, preferably in Business Engineering.
  • None required, but 1-2 years of work experience would be beneficial.
  • English is mandatory, and Spanish is an asset.

As a Junior Operations Controller, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business activities and profit & loss. You will also have the chance to build relationships with various departments and Central Teams in France.

This is a 24-month position based in Madrid, Spain, as part of the V.I.E. program, which enables young professionals to work for a French company abroad.
