About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead our digital product development teams. As a Scrum Master Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital products and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of different projects
- Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement, and planning
- Removing impediments and coaching the scrum team on removing impediments
- Resolving conflicts and issues that occur within the team
- Promoting a continuous improvement mindset and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Working closely with product owners to build and maintain clear and prioritized backlogs
- Leading the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Providing updates on status/progress and anticipating risks
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Motivation about IoT and digital solutions
- Experience in the field of software development
- Use of project management tools
- Some international exposure required (study and/or work abroad, work experience dealing with international counterparts)
- Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban Practitioner
- Fluent in English
