About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our team at Werfenlife Sa. as a key member of our Clinical Software Business Unit. As a technical expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying and understanding customer requirements to successfully integrate our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sale consulting, design, implementation, and post-live support to current and potential customers.
  • Perform detailed analysis of customer clinical and IT environment to understand workflow and functionality to determine configuration needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Applications Consultants to design customer solutions.
  • Plan, create, design, and present IT solutions workflows, network architecture diagrams, drawings, and visual communication(s) to customer and internal stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Serve as voice of the customer liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring all security clearances and documents are completed and provided to customers within defined timeframe.
  • Understand gaps, propose mitigation plans, and escalate as required to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with all regulatory policies, procedures, and records.
Requirements
  • Engineer, Computer Science or other technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in IT customer-facing/support role.
  • Familiarity working in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience, practical experience as a Systems IT Analyst or related IT field, preferred.
  • Project Management experience with presentation skills is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity, keeps current within industry trends and mitigation, preferred.
  • Experience working on cloud computing environment and products.
  • Experience with industry-relevant interface technologies and protocols such as: Interfaces Engines, IT Security, Connectivity, Databases, ADT/POCT Devices.
  • Good knowledge of administration and maintenance of servers and workstations in both hardware and software areas.
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (MS Windows and Linux OS).
  • Good knowledge on networking (wiring, HUB, Switch, DNS/DHCP, firewall solutions, network diagnostics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of automation lines in laboratory environments would be a plus.
