Senior Program Manager, EMEA Reverse Logistics Solutions

**Job Summary**
Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch) - C16 is seeking an experienced professional to join our Reverse Logistics Solutions Team as a Program Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations network efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Reverse Logistics within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
- Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.
- Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
- Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Reverse Logistics losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
**A Day in the Life:**
As a Program Manager on the ReLo Solutions Team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with driving operational and tactical risk-based security projects and programs specific to Reverse Logistics within EMEA. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. You will identify, assess, and prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.
**About the Team:**
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the ReLo Solutions team develops and implements risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities across the Reverse Logistics environment, meaning the flow of goods traveling in the opposite direction of typical fulfillment, as early as possible.
