About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop hot and cold beverage menu applications using our Davinci Gourmet brand within regional chains and independent coffee channels.
- Work closely with the commercial team to target strategic growth customers and create demand for the Davinci Gourmet brand using coffee and menu development expertise.
- Input into our proactive innovation strategy with application insights and support the development of menu applications.
- Input into the Davinci Gourmet brand renovation, including benchmarking and sensory analysis.
- Develop strong strategic relationships with key customer roles, including R&D, operations, and Baristas.
- Build a strategic Barista community internally and externally with key suppliers to support the growth of the Davinci brand.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the customer's business model and their needs.

Travel Requirements
Will be required to travel frequently within Southern Europe, with an estimated 70% travel requirement.
