Key Responsibilities- Lead the Health and Wellbeing squad to drive the vision and growth of our health insurance products
- Define product vision and growth opportunities to expand our portfolio
- Develop and implement optimized sales distribution strategies to increase sales
- Prepare forecasting sales targets to ensure business growth
- Work with our partners to integrate our products into their portfolios
- Health Insurance knowledge or eHealth Product experience
- Proven experience in a business-related role
- Tech or Business educational background
- Hands-on experience in managing all stages of a digital product life cycle
- Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed digital environment
- Evidence of successfully driving a full end-to-end product lifecycle in an agile environment
- Problem Solving, Target oriented, Analytic mindset
- Proficient English and Spanish level
