About the Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect at Arηs, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business requirements and technical environments
* Design and implement solutions that meet the business needs of our clients, while ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technological innovations and trends

Requirements:

* Minimum of 8 years of full-time professional experience in the tasks required for senior solution architects
* Strong technical skills in areas such as microservices, Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Enterprise Event Bus, and Cloud
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
