About the Role

As a Clinical Data Lead at ICON, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the data management function, overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of clinical data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless data management.
  2. Data Management Planning: Develop and implement data management plans, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and quality control processes.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines.
  5. Communication and Training: Provide training and support to study teams on data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5+ years of clinical data experience, with 3+ years of lead data management experience.
  2. Skills: Solid EDC system experience, excellent communication and leadership skills.
