Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP HCM Payroll configurations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll and time processes for multiple pay groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Utilize system configuration to meet overall business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  2. Payroll Configuration Expertise: Perform configuration for HCM modules of HR: Payroll (evaluation & schemas), with a strong focus on Belgian payroll configurations.
  3. Account Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for one or several accounts, providing technical and expert support to other consultants in the team.
  4. Payroll Management Lead: Lead the development, defect identification, and defect resolution of SAP Payroll Management for HR Services.
  5. Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze payroll/time schemas to identify root causes and solutions for pay & time discrepancies, resolving complex defects related to Overtime, social security calculation, legal reporting, allowances, sickness, taxes, posting, payslips, and other specific Belgian payroll configurations.
  6. Project Participation: Participate in SAP HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services.
  7. Data Integrity: Ensure time and attendance data integrity, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  8. Technical Expertise: Possess extensive and proven SAP HCM & Payroll configuration skills, with a strong focus on Belgian payroll configurations.
  9. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers, updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
