About the Platform:
Our platform is a SaaS solution that helps employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence. We make lifelong learning a reality; we call it growth without limits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of new applications
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications/software
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Contribute to the SCRUM process by participating in refinement, planning and retrospective sessions
- Ensure the quality of your team's code through rigorous testing and maintenance, including writing unit tests
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to deliver a high-quality web application
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience with PHP, JavaScript and SQL
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Laravel
- Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Experience in developing API integrations
- Excellent communication skills in English, B2 Level
- Reside in Alicante or nearby, a hybrid work model is required
- Knowledge/experience with ISO and Security standards
- Knowledge/experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
- Knowledge/experience with OpenID or SAML is a plus
