Cyber Security Specialist

At Bulletproof, we're on a mission to protect businesses from the ever-evolving threat landscape. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve Cyber Essentials certification and ensuring their security posture is robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support to customers via email or Teams to help them achieve Cyber Essentials certification
  • Assist the Sales team with assessment scoping calls to ensure customers receive the right level of support
  • Manage your own workload calendar to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Write and deliver detailed reports to customers, providing advice and guidance at each stage
  • Respond to customer queries and complete any admin tasks related to Cyber Essentials
  • Take on future products and projects within the team's remit, including Pen Testing and Information Security
  • Contribute to the training and marketing teams with ideas for new content, such as blogs, videos, and case studies
Requirements:
  • Experience and confidence in supporting and assisting customers
  • Auditing capabilities and knowledge of Information Security best practices
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Base knowledge of vulnerability scanning and the tools to do so
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
