About the Role

Burberry is a global luxury brand seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Service: Embody the Burberry Experience, providing excellent customer service, and consistently meeting individual sales goals.
  • Cultivate: Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through, maintaining an up-to-date and detailed client book.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain the visual standards according to Burberry guidelines, ensuring the selling floor is replenished and ready for customers.
  • Floor Presence Maintenance: Be active and busy on the floor at all times, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Back of The House Support: Assist in the markdown process, bi-annual inventory process, and stock room maintenance.
Requirements
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Results-driven and flexible to change.
  • Relevant interest in Fashion/Design.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
  • A minimum of 1 year on sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
