Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of our IT Solutions, including connectivity, integration, cybersecurity, and workflow design.
- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with customers to understand their clinical and IT environment, and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Solution Design: Plan, create, and design IT solutions workflows, network architecture diagrams, and visual communication to present to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage projects from pre-sale to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a voice of the customer liaison with internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Education: Engineer, Computer Science, or other technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in IT customer-facing/support role, with familiarity working in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and industry-relevant interface technologies and protocols. Good knowledge of administration and maintenance of servers and workstations, operating systems, and networking.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must.
