CRM Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Manager to join our team at Jd Sports Fashion. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing our customer database and CRM activity, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences across all channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Deploy and manage email campaigns, including standard sends, automated sends, and trigger sends, to engage with customers and promote key product areas and brands.
- Work with the multichannel, buying, and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns and optimize communications across all channels.
- Continuously analyze and report on email performance, benchmarking against competitors and other leading retailers for best practices.
- Develop and implement measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers and recommend plans for divesting old data.
**Requirements:**
- Experience of CRM programs is essential.
- University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and good multi-tasking ability are essential.
- B2/C1 English proficiency.
