We are seeking a highly skilled research technician to join our team at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). The selected candidate will work closely with our partner hospital to collect and process samples for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) in stored tissues.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process samples for IHC and IF
- Perform image acquisition and optimize the image acquisition and data analysis pipeline
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new techniques and protocols
Our laboratory is a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of researchers with expertise in high-throughput image analysis, subcellular proteomics, transcriptomics, genetic screening, bioinformatics, and cell and molecular biology techniques. We are part of the genome biology department at the CRG and are committed to understanding the role of metabolic enzymes in the nuclear environment.
