Job Summary

As a Platform Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving Ebury's internal technology platform growth, ensuring the infrastructure, DevOps, developer experience (DevX), and security scale efficiently to meet our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute towards the platform roadmap, focusing on DevOps, core infrastructure, developer experience (DevX), risk, and security.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and risk/security teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform services.
  • Develop and manage the platform backlog, ensuring business and technical priorities are aligned.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements.
  • Drive the adoption of platform best practices for automation, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Measure and improve platform performance through KPIs, tracking the impact of platform initiatives.
  • Ensure platform security meets compliance and regulatory standards, in collaboration with security and risk teams.
Requirements
  • A passion for technology supporting business growth and platform-as-product thinking.
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional teams and delivering results in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, DevOps, and developer experience (DevX) principles to drive platform improvements.
