Job Description
As a Finance Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day financial transactions, including banking, expenses, and taxes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Updating accounting journal entries.
- Tracking and reconciling bank statements.
- Recording accounts payable.
- Processing invoices and following up with suppliers and partners as needed.
- Providing support in taxes settlement and payment.
- Providing administrative support during budget preparation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Navision, Power BI, and other accounting software programs is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
