Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English teacher to join our team of educators. As an English teacher at Kids And Us Badalona, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve language skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop curriculum
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with work hours and availability
