IT Solution Design Expert

We are seeking an IT Solution Design Expert to join our Regulatory Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of business-critical applications in the RA Publishing domain. Your expertise will also be utilized to provide support for applications from other domains that utilize Publishing data.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and management of RA Publishing business-critical applications, ensuring seamless integration with other domains.
- Design and deploy systems in the RA publishing domain that meet business requirements, collaborating with business users and admins to identify future and current demand.
- Provide hands-on management for development and support of applications in the RA Publishing area and wider Operations domain.
- Ensure development runs smoothly, driving continuous process improvement and cooperation with various teams along the solution delivery value chain.

As an IT Solution Design Expert, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that embodies software development best practices and inspires others to emulate these practices.
Requirements- Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed, and maintainable software or solutions that support the RA organization and other cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Participate in fit-gap workshops with business, providing effort estimates and solutions proposals.
- Develop and maintain code repositories, responding rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues.
- Embody and integrate software development best practices into your everyday work, inspiring others within the engineering community to emulate these practices.
