FINANCE AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and collection of a large portfolio of Customer Accounts.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and minimize past due balances.
- Close follow-up credit collections and credit management to reduce overtrade amounts.
- Collaborate with external partners, credit insurance, and customers to resolve bad debt issues.
- Claim outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Coordinate information flow internally and with customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform account reconciliations and collections bookings in our financial system.
- Execute treasury tasks, including incoming and outgoing payments.
- Prepare regular financial reports and support monthly closings.
- Develop and maintain a treasury forecast to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Monitor and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) under control.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in financial software, including SAP FI-CO.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
