Our resort offers over 80 different sports in state-of-the-art facilities and 500 weekly activities and instructed lessons, all included in the stay. With almost 496 rooms, we host approximately 1600 guests at maximum capacity. We are a beloved destination for many national sports teams and professional athletes.
Work and Responsibilities:
As a Watersport Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a wide range of water sports classes daily and delivering the best experience to our guests. You will teach both on land and in the water, catering to various levels and age categories. Your days will be dynamic, with some focusing on kids aged 3-15 and others on adults. You will teach various watersports, including Windsurfing, Stand Up Paddle, Kayak, and Slackline. You may also be required to work in other areas, such as Sports Booking, morning runs, events, and evening entertainment, as part of our Green Team.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with teaching experience in activities like windsurfing, Stand-Up Paddle, Kayak, and Slackline. Preferably, you have 1 year of experience coaching, training, or teaching windsurfing or other watersports activities for children, adults, beginners, and intermediate/advanced levels. You must have a basic knowledge of how to windsurf. Fluency in English is required, with secondary Spanish and/or Danish a plus.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates with great communication skills, able to clearly explain techniques in all our Water Sports classes. You should be able to adapt your body language and tone of voice according to the age category. You must be aware of the difference between private and professional life with your colleagues and guests. We value curiosity and open-mindedness, with a willingness to learn and reflect on your own performance.
