Job Title: Document Controller

Ryanair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team in Madrid, Spain. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of document management processes, including the printing and distribution of aircraft check packs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with planning, engineering, quality, and check supervisors to ensure accurate and timely printing of aircraft check packs.
  • Distribute check packs to relevant maintenance teams, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Scan, bookmark, back up, and enter all paperwork into aircraft records, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed, ensuring it is accurate and complete.
  • Follow up on incomplete or missing paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is received.
Requirements:
  • Previous document control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Aircraft experience or knowledge is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is necessary.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision is required.
