**Job Summary**

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Material Planner (H/M/X) to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Disposition of the assigned parts spectrum
  • Monitoring of deadlines and processing of backlogs and delivery date requests
  • Determination of optimal order quantities
  • Contacts and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Optimization of the inventory situation
  • Master Data Management
  • Supplier development and support
  • Ensure compliance awareness and requirements in the Spare Parts Procurement processes
  • Ensure compliant and efficient documentation of all DGSC Procurement transactions

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in material planning with contact to the supplier
  • Solid experience in a material planning organization, deep understanding of its processes, policies as well as channels/instruments and warehouse/logistics
  • Distinctive SAP MM know-how and with regard to manual and highly automated processes
  • Very good communication skills and experience in training preparation and implementation
  • Strong team-player attitude
  • Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification
  • Used to work with ERP system environments (SAP desirable)
