About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex end-to-end wireless technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Development of Wireless Technology Solutions: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge wireless technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess and Improve Network Infrastructure: Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT/OT network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams: Work closely with operations teams to resolve wireless network issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Drive Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Introduce innovative approaches and new technologies to the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Hold an academic degree with a focus on Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of wireless network architecture, including WiFi, 4G-LTE, 5G, and IoT, as well as networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Experience and Skills: Bring 10+ years of experience in wireless network architecture design, with a focus on IT and OT integration, and demonstrate strong project management skills, including experience with vendors such as Cisco, PaloAlto, and CheckPoint.
  • Language and Communication: Possess high-level English language skills in verbal and written form, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Be highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to drive innovation and problem-solving.
