Job Title: Senior Developer - Generative AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our IT Software Development & Innovations department at Sartorius.

About the Role

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative generative AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the feasibility and scalability of AI solutions for various applications
  • Create detailed technical concepts for the use of AI and drive their implementation according to our specifications
  • Drive the adoption of generative AI solutions within the organization and promote innovation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven innovations to life
  • Work in an agile product team to implement solutions and create value for users
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in software development, preferably in a related field
  • In-depth expertise in Python or Java, including experience with generative AI-based projects
  • Experience with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and related cloud architectures
  • Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and related concepts, tools, and processes
  • Fluency in English
