Job Summary
We are seeking a Demand and Delivery Specialist ICT to join our team in Santander, Spain. As a key member of our Plenitude Iberia team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of system integrators, ensuring compatibility and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize application evolution requests
- Collaborate with business departments to prioritize requests, coordinate user testing, and ensure timely and functional delivery
- Plan and manage project initiatives, overseeing system integrator activities and certifying technical analysis
- Work with operations to resolve production issues and transfer knowledge of new requirements
- Support the ICT department, reporting to the IT Manager and collaborating with line colleagues
Requirements
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Knowledge of processes related to the utilities world and energy management
- Project management skills and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills and high level of English proficiency
- Degree/diploma in scientific subjects (engineering, mathematics, physics, etc.)
- Experience in demand and delivery management
