Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at ATG Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Process Oversight: Attend welding activities, non-destructive tests, dimensional and visual examinations, leak tests, and other manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Verify and enforce compliance with approved procedures, support in the reporting of non-compliances, and review of test reports.
- Documentation Management: Support in ensuring that reports are issued on time and follow the required review processes, assist in the review of end of manufacturing reports, and support in the technical review of manufacturing procedures.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor manufacturer's progress in relation to the corresponding schedule, providing early warning in case of deficiencies or slippage, and provide inputs to update the internal working schedules.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or nuclear engineering.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the follow-up of the manufacturing of mechanical components under a Quality Management System.
- Skills: Experience in the use of codes and standards used for the design and manufacturing of mechanical components, knowledge of specifying process equipment, pressure vessels, big exchangers, and working with associated equipment data sheets.
- Additional Requirements: Experience in the organisation of the production for the manufacturing of mechanical components, definition and/or qualification of joining techniques for mechanical components, design, manufacturing, and/or testing of engineering systems to be used under vacuum and/or for cryogenic applications, and experience in non-destructive testing (RT, PT, VT, UT, etc).
