Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data quality and analytics strategies to drive business excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement data management and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in requirement engineering and business analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in various reporting, BI or analytics projects with solid knowledge in a leading BI tool.
  • 3+ years of Agile project management experience in relevant field utilizing Jira, SharePoint and Confluence or comparable solutions.
  • 2+ years of Data management and reconciliation experience.
  • Quality Assurance experience, DevOps framework-continuous improvement knowledge, and SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience in working in a multinational Digital environment.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
