About the Role

As a Senior IT Business Analyst - Regulatory Affairs, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your expertise in IT business analysis and regulatory affairs will enable you to provide guidance and support to stakeholders in developing and implementing solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with global business associates to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
  • Analyze business domains and author business requirements to ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.
  • Support the validation and testing of solutions and flag issues/changes/risks to the Project Manager and workstream leads.
  • Collaborate with product squads to deliver product roadmaps and actively participate in sprint planning discussions.
  • Liaise with vendors, Novartis internal IT teams, and business to ensure documentation is at the appropriate level of detail and that requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or pharmaceutical discipline.
  • 7+ years of IT Business Analysis experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven strong knowledge of SDLC, Validation & Compliance.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HPQC, Business process modeling tools.
  • Experience in Data migration and System integration related projects.
  • Multi-national global experience in interacting with senior management, collaborating across boundaries, and relationship management.
