Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Life Science Consultant to join our team at IQVIA. As a Manager, EMEA Life Science Strategy Consulting, you will be responsible for managing multiple large and complex global consulting projects for clients in the life science industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Plan, organize, and manage a team for successful project completion
    • Manage stakeholders in large (multi-workstream) projects, including seniors, cross-functional teams, and clients
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads
    • Support the development of proposals and intellectual property
  • Team Leadership
    • Coach project team members and junior staff to fulfill their objectives
    • Lead internal initiatives, such as recruitment, training, and junior development to continue supporting the growth and development of our team
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in life science/healthcare strategy consulting
    • 2+ years of relevant project management experience (within management consulting) focused on large or multiple strategic consulting projects
  • Skills
    • Passionate about making a difference in the world of healthcare and life sciences
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong written, numerical, and problem-solving skills
    • Able to adapt, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Graduate degree or MBA not required but a plus
