This role will be a key member of our team, working closely with peer release engineers, product owners, and product managers across multiple regions to facilitate and coordinate modern, iterative, agile approaches to software delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the subject matter expert for product teams regarding releases.
- Continuously work towards enhancing the release process.
- Manage and facilitate Go/No-Go meetings.
- Identify and mitigate risks that impact release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
- Exhibit thought leadership, drive process improvements, and support work-life balance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of capabilities launch readiness and communications.
- Embody a growth mindset, embracing change and a constant appetite to learn.
- Effectively communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes.
- Bring the team together, ensuring alignment through clear communication and structured thinking.
- Experience working with multi-skilled delivery teams.
- Knowledge of SAFe or Scrum at Scale is a plus.
