About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to manage end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and leading delivery timelines across UX/UI design, development, and data workstreams. This role involves managing diverse stakeholders, including agencies, end clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging digital expertise.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project management for digital consultancy projects.
  • Directly engage with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage various stakeholders, including diverse agencies, end clients, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading projects, managing delivery timelines across diverse multidisciplinary teams and workstreams (UX/UI design, development, and data).
  • More than 7 years of experience in digital strategy or related roles.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Previous experience in startups or consulting environments is a plus.
  • Product Design Experience overseeing UX/UI streams.
  • Experience in managing DEVOps teams in end-to-end projects (from brief to implementation).
  • Previous roles in managing and/or collaborating with data teams for data capture setup and dashboard development.
